In 2016, after a mission trip to Uganda, I started a small business with the intention of selling my art to sponsor children in the village I visited. What began as a way to sell paintings to friends and family quickly evolved into a full-scale online boutique offering faith-based merchandise designed with my art.

Over the course of five years, I sold hundreds of products across the country, created an Instagram audience of nearly 20,000, and wrote encouraging, shareable content that amassed over 100,000 views and impressions. I managed branding and the website, handled merchandise and shipping, and designed and sourced products. I was able to manage profit to support three sponsored children in Uganda as well as supporting vulnerable children in my local community (over $5,000).
In 2021, I made the tough choice to close my business to focus on my studies at Samford University. Being the founder and owner of Letters 4 Luv provided me with invaluable insights into the business world and gave me a head start in understanding how to communicate with a specific audience.
For Letters 4 Luv, I had the ability to write, design, and produce two devotionals targeted towards middle and high school girls titled, “In His Image” and “A Pure Heart.”
As Phi Mu Alpha Gamma’s banner chair, I was responsible for designing and painting banners and signs for a variety of events.

For Brentwood Baptist Church, I worked to rebrand and recreate the web flow for their Foster and Adoption Ministry. Using Figma, I was able to develop a prototype of the website flow, design, and copy.
